Our Subscription Services:
- If you subscribe to our premium content, you can choose to pay either on a monthly or yearly basis.
- All new subscriptions come with a 14-day free trial, in addition to the subscription period.
- If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, please email us at hello@kitchnix.com within 30 days of starting your subscription. We will refund the most recent charge, no questions asked.
- For recurring yearly subscriptions, you will be notified at least one month prior to the automatic payment due date, along with options to cancel your subscription.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and are only valid for the named subscriber and their immediate household members (e.g., family).
- A subscription becomes active once the payment has been confirmed.
- In case of any issues with payments during subscription or renewal, please reach out to us at hello@kitchnix.com.
- KitchNix reserves the right to terminate any subscription that violates the terms of service.
- In the event of business failure or the termination of our subscription service, all active subscriptions will be fully refunded within 30 days.
- We use Paddle.com as our payment gateway, and all subscriptions are subject to their Terms and Conditions as outlined on their website.
- We collect information such as your email, transaction ID, billing date, and subscription start and end dates. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- KitchNix does not store your credit card information on our servers.
- If subscriber content is shared on external platforms (e.g., social media, blogs), it must include a link back to our website.
- KitchNix is not liable for any losses due to temporary disruptions in service caused by maintenance or connectivity issues beyond our control.
